Ways to use the fact family house
- Introduce the idea. Draw a large house on the board and have children suggest numbers for the rooms.

Fact family house craft ideas
Paper house. Print a blank house on card stock. Children color the roof, cut around the outline and glue it onto a larger sheet of colored paper. They write the three numbers in the house and the four facts around it.
Candy corn fact family for fall. Draw a large triangle and split it into three bands like a piece of candy corn. Write the whole in the white tip and the two parts in the yellow and orange bands. Then write the four facts underneath. It is a simple seasonal twist on a fact family triangle.
